5-MINUTE SHAKSHUKA
If you’re looking to spice up breakfast (or lunch), this recipe is so delicious and takes 5 min to make.
INGREDIENTS:
Chickpeas
Your fave tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)
Poached egg
Parm
Red pepper flakes
Heat up your tomato sauce on the stove or microwave until bubbly, then add in chickpeas and red pepper flakes. Pour into a bowl and place a poached egg in the middle. Top with more red pepper and a sprinkle of parm. If you want, it also goes great with some toast. And that is it! You could make your sauce from scratch in the beginning of the week and heat it up each day if you don’t want to do store bought. Great twist on breakfast!
