Asparagus with Parmesan Balsamic Reduction

ASPARAGUS WITH PARMESAN AND BALSAMIC REDUCTION

INGREDIENTS:
Asparagus
Parmesan
Balsamic
Red pepper flakes

Bake asparagus on 375 for 20 min. Take out and top with a heavy hand of shaved parmesan and broil on high for another 5 min. Meanwhile, pour balsamic vinegar into a pan and let it come to a simmer and then return back to low until it reduces and becomes a little thicker. Once it cools it will thicken even more. Serve as a side or a snack. Stay healthy!
