Berry Crisp

BERRY CRISP

This is a family recipe that always makes me think of my mom. Cooking is such a great way to stay connected when you can’t be together.

INGREDIENTS:
Topping-
Combine:
3 cups brown sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 sticks of cold butter cut up into pieces
1/4 cup oats
You can easily make 3 crisps with this much topping. Keep the rest in your fridge for next time bc it lasts 2 months

Butter a casserole dish and throw in whatever berries you want! I suggest some combination of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Cover with as much topping as you want and bake for 45 on 350 and broil for another 3 min after that to give the top some crisp. Kinda a choose your own adventure! Enjoy!
