Beyond Meat Sausage & Peppers With Broccoli

RIGATONI BEYOND MEAT SAUSAGE & PEPPERS WITH BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS;
Beyond sausage (chopped up)
Broccoli
Bell peppers
Garlic
Rigatoni
Parm
Lemon juice
Red pepper flakes
RECIPE:
Chop “sausage” and cook in olive oil for 6-10 minutes. Set aside. While pasta cooks, saute veggies in olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper for about 5-7 min or until they get tender. Add back in sausage and combine with rigatoni. Top with more lemon juice and parm cheese. Enjoy!!
