BROCCOLI CHEESE EGG BITES
INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs
Cooked Broccoli
Cooked quinoa
Your fave cheese (I used cheddar & parm) shredded
Red pepper flakes/salt/pepp
Spray a muffin tin. Chop your cooked broccoli and combine with cooked quinoa shredded cheese. Whisk 6 eggs and pour over. fold together and scoop into cups about 3/4 full. Bake on 400 for 15 min. Store in fridge and eat throughout the week!
