Buffalo Cauliflower Salad with Crispy Chickpeas

BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER SALAD WITH CRISPY CHICKPEAS

INGREDEINTS:
Chickpeas
Cauliflower
Hot sauce
Onions
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Blue cheese crumbles
Blue cheese dressing (or hot sauce)

Toss chickpeas and cauliflower florets (fancy word for chopped cauliflower) in @franksredhot + salt and pepper and bake on a sheet pan at 425 for 15 min.
Toss with the chopped veggies above (you can add celery / carrots or anything else you like) and top with hot sauce or blue cheese dressing.
