CREAMY BALSAMIC SHELL PASTA WITH ROASTED ASPARAGUS

This recipe is inspired from a dish I used to get any chance I could from Teresa Cafe. When you cook down balsamic vinegar with a little butter and pepper flakes, it becomes a sweet and tangy combo with a kick. This one is perfect for a good Sunday meal!

RECIPE:
1 bundle of asparagus washed, and cut into pieces
3/4 balsamic vinegar
1 stick of butter cut into pieces
Red pepper flakes
Parm
Shell pasta
Salt/pepp
Olive oil

Toss asparagus in olive oil and bake on 400 for about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile add your balsamic on low in a small pan and cook on low until it is reduced Add in pepper flakes/sat/pepper depending one how much spice you want. And your butter and let combine together.
Boil your pasta shells in salted water and drain. Combine all together and top with more pepper flakes and parm. Enjoy!
