FRESH CAUGHT OYSTERS W/ MIGNONETTE SAUCE
A fall activity that doesn’t involve apple picking! The town of Falmouth opens up oyster “catching” in the month of October and we took advantage this year. You basically just pick them up so catching kinda feels like a stretch, but this little activity was a great way to spend a Saturday. Also learned how to shuck! 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
1 finally chopped shallot
