PEACH & PROSCIUTTO RICOTTA TOASTS WITH A BALSAMIC GLAZE

If you are hosting or looking for something fun to bring to a BBQ, these toasts are super easy and perfect for taking advantage of peach szn.

Ingredients:
There isnt one right way to make these and you can pretty much do any kind of fruit you have on hand.

Take a big piece of bread (or slice up a baguette) and grill it with olive oil. You could also rub a clove of garlic lightly on one side. Spread with a soft white cheese - ricotta, cream cheese, burrata etc. Slice ripe fruit and prosciutto on top. Add arugula and a balsamic glaze to top it all off. Perfect to bring to a picnic or app to a party!
