Rosemary Roasted Potatoes in a Garlic Butter

ROSEMARY ROASTED POTATOES IN GARLIC BUTTER

This is an easy week night gem that you can cook on its own, or add a protein to the sheetpan. The key is to slice your potatoes super thin, and not crowd the pan. These bad boys need some breathing room!

RECIPE:
4 tbsp butter
3-4 cloves garlic
5 sprigs rosemary plucked and chopped
1 bag gourmet little potatoes

Preheat oven to 375. On low heat melt the butter, garlic and half the rosemary in a small pot. Meanwhile, wash and thinly slice your potatoes. Dump on your sheet pan and toss with remaining rosemary. When garlic butter is melted, pour over potatoes and toss together. Bake for about 25-35 min checking occasionally and tossing potatoes to prevent them from sticking. Enjoy!
