Toasted Garlic Spaghetti With Broccoli Rabe & Breadcrumbs

TOASTED GARLIC SPAGHETTI WITH BROCCOLI RABE & BREADCRUMBS

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 virgin olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
2 cups homemade breadcrumbs
2 bunches broccoli rabe
Spaghetti
Parmasean
Lots and lot of red pepper flakes

BONUS:
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup heavy cream as needed if you want a thicker sauce

RECIPE:
Breadcrumbs: chop and add a bit of olive/salt/pep and throw in the oven for 20 on 350.
Cook broccoli rabe in salted boiling water for 5 min. Then chop. Cook pasta in same water. Sauté breadcrumbs in olive oil and garlic for 3 min and then add in broccoli rabe and lots of red pepper. If using, add wine/heavy cream salt and pepper until everything combines nicely together. Toss with pasta and top with parm and more pepper. Enjoy!
