TOASTED OPEN-FACED CAPRESE WEDGES
INGREDIENTS:
Baguette
Mozz
Cherry Tomatoes
Balsamic
Shallot
Garlic
Olive oil
Basil
Salt / Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
RECIPE:
Slide bread and broil for about 5 min with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Meanwhile. Combine a chopped shallot, garlic clove, a couple counts of balsamic, and olive oil. Halve the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Saute in a pan for 5 min to they get blistered. Chop basil into strips and mozz into bite size pieces. Now, assemble and top with the dressing!
